Mr. Ramesh Chandra Gupta is a visionary industrialist and the Chairman of the Dadiji Group of Steels and Shiva Polytubes Pvt. Ltd. With over four decades of experience, he has played a transformative role in Bihar’s industrial landscape. Born in 1958 in Tatarpur village, Alwar district, Rajasthan, Mr. Gupta moved to Patna in 1973 after completing his matriculation. He started Balaji Industries in 1980 with just ₹10,000 borrowed from his father. In 1997, he co-founded Dadiji Steels Pvt. Ltd., now a leading large-scale steel plant spread over 15 acres, producing high-quality billets and reinforcement bars under the Kamdbenu brand. Known for his strategic vision and ethical leadership, Mr. Gupta has significantly contributed to regional economic growth and job creation.
